Clean room, convenient location, with a flat-screen TV and wi-fi that made my stay enjoyable and helped me relax after exploring the area.

Limited amenities and strict visitor policies were frustrating.

The kids loved splashing around in the pool, and we explored Raymond Shoal Creek Golf Course nearby for a bit of family fun. The room was spacious for our family of five, making it a comfortable stay.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly meals available.

I stayed at Countryside Inn in Hillsboro for a quick overnight stop. The room was spacious and clean, which I appreciated after a long drive. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, but it struggled with some channels. The carpeted floor felt a little outdated but overall didn't disrupt my stay too much. I encountered an issue with the lack of amenities like coffee pots in the room, which meant a drive to town for a coffee fix. I wasn't entirely comfortable with the management's close observation. it felt overbearing at times when they walked into rooms with just a light knock. It would be nice to have clearer communication about guest policies, as the limitations on visitors were frustrating.

We played a round at the nearby Raymond Shoal Creek Golf Course and enjoyed some downtime surfing the web. The place was clean and definitely affordable. Just know that you may need to ask for things like hair dryers at the desk. Overall, a great place for a fun getaway!

One downside was the lack of privacy. I felt uncomfortable when management came in with just a knock. It was a bit intrusive and surprising.

This place is an optimal selection for a city break in Hillsboro at a reasonable price. The iron and iron board available at the front desk were a nice touch for my clothes. Remember to ask for any amenities you need at the desk.
